1. Call us at (513)255-6259 for a FREE consultation. Thats right its FREE. We want to help you save money not throw it away. If we feel that your property tax assessment is correct, there is no charge to you.
2. If we decide that your assessment is high, then we will suggest one of the two products.
A. A single family exterior only appraisal. This consists of us driving to your property and taking only exterior photos. We then complete an appraisal with three comparable homes in your neighborhood to justify the value for the assessment. We assist you in filing the appeal with your local Board of Revisions. You will then be responsible for the appeal process beyond that point.

B. A full interior appraisal and expert testimony. This product consists of an Ohio Certified Residential Appraiser visiting your home. The process takes 30 to 60 mintues, with an interior and exterior inspection. Once again, we help in filing your appeal, and will make ourself available for testimony if required by your local board (up to 2 hours).
